Lauren Rengen is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and Injector specializing in non-surgical facial rejuvenation and aesthetic medicine. Lauren founded Spruce Medical Aesthetics based on the profound belief that every injection should be purposeful and each client is unique in their needs. Her comprehensive facial assessments and “less is more” approach aims to restore facial balance and harmony without drastically altering appearances, ensuring natural and refined results. No sales pitches, no random assortment of treatments, just honest results.

Born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, Lauren possesses over 25 years of extensive medical expertise, spanning combined medical, surgical, family practice, and aesthetic fields. Her journey in healthcare began with a deep-rooted passion for helping others, which has driven her to expand her knowledge and skills continually. Lauren’s vast clinical understanding is complemented by a decade of experience as a college faculty member and teacher. This commitment to education is reflected in her practice, where she informs and guides her clients toward maintaining healthy skin and preventative measures.

Lindsey Meador, RN

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Lindsey started her nursing career in 2015 on a Cardiac unit specializing in Congestive Heart Failure. In 2021, she earned a certificate in neuromodulators and dermal fillers from The Institute of Laser Medicine, marking her entry into aesthetic medicine and sparking a serious passion for it! Lindsey has undergone hundreds of hours of comprehensive training in injectables to ensure precision and expertise. Her attention to detail is unsurpassed.

Seeing the confidence and self-love clients gain after a service fuels Lindsey’s passion for aesthetic medicine. She focuses on delivering natural results that enhance our unique and natural features, whether it’s smoothing fine lines or restoring volume.

When she’s not at Spruce, Lindsey enjoys her time at home with her husband and two boys, enjoying life on their adorable mini-farm!

Gretchen Wewer

Certified Master Aesthetician

Gretchen is a Master Aesthetician with over a decade of experience in medical aesthetics. She began her career in a dermatology practice, where she built a strong foundation in skin health before discovering her true passion in aesthetic treatments.

Gretchen is known for her dedication to helping clients look and feel their best. She specializes in anti-aging treatments and the management of acne, hyperpigmentation, and rosacea. Committed to staying at the forefront of her field, Gretchen continually educates herself on the latest and most advanced procedures in medical aesthetics. She enjoys sharing that knowledge with her clients. Her goal is always to deliver real, visible results while providing personalized, high-quality care.

Outside of the treatment room, Gretchen enjoys staying active through running and gym workouts, traveling, and spending quality time with her 16-year-old daughter.

Erin Dewitt, BSN, RN

Nurse Injector

Erin DeWitt, BSN, RN is a licensed Registered Nurse with a diverse and well-rounded background in medical-surgical, oncology, peri-operative, and women’s health nursing. Her extensive clinical experience has shaped her into a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who prioritizes both safety and patient trust making her transition into aesthetic nursing a natural and seamless evolution.

Erin’s approach to aesthetic care is grounded in education, transparency, and genuine compassion. Known for her calm demeanor, gentle technique, and keen eye for detail, she creates a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported throughout their aesthetic journey.
